SOLAREN Digital LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“SOLAREN,” “we,” “us” or “our”), provides AI-powered customer acquisition, communications, scheduling, automation, CRM, advertising, analytics and business operations technology and services. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, request a demonstration, become a client or use our platform. By using our websites or services, you acknowledge these practices.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect contact and identity information, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, job title and other information you provide.
Business information may include locations, service areas, hours, services, scheduling rules, operational information, advertising preferences, approved offers and integrations.
Account information may include authorized users, roles, organization memberships, authentication information, settings and preferences.
Communications information may include emails, SMS messages, support requests, call information, meeting notes and related metadata. Where enabled and legally permitted, this may include call recordings, transcripts and summaries.
Clients may provide information about their leads, prospects, customers, appointments, jobs, payments, reviews and other business records. We process this information to provide services to the applicable client.
Advertising information may include accounts, campaign settings, creative assets, approved offers, service areas, attribution, funnel activity and performance.
Third-party payment providers may process payments. We may receive transaction status, billing contact information, subscription status and payment metadata. We do not need to store full payment-card numbers when payment providers process them directly.
Technical and usage information may include IP addresses, device and browser types, operating systems, logs, timestamps, referring pages, application activity, performance data and security events.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide, operate, maintain and improve SOLAREN; create and administer accounts; configure client-specific business rules and automations; and provide receptionist, lead handling, qualification, follow-up, booking, review, past-customer check-in, advertising, attribution and reporting functionality.
We may also use information to process requests and transactions; communicate about demonstrations, appointments, service updates, support, billing and security; generate client-authorized content, campaigns, summaries and reports; monitor reliability; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; enforce agreements; and improve our business operations.
3. AI and Automated Processing
SOLAREN uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist with communications, lead handling, qualification, content generation, campaign preparation, summarization, scheduling and operational workflows. Outputs may use client-provided information, approved business configuration, connected services or other permitted data.
Certain sensitive business actions, such as publishing advertising, increasing approved advertising spend or acting outside configured authority, may require additional validation or human approval. AI-generated information should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, engineering or other professional advice.
4. Client Data and End-Customer Information
When SOLAREN processes data supplied by or on behalf of a client about that client’s leads or customers, it generally processes that information to provide services to that client. Clients are responsible for appropriate rights, notices and consents for the information they provide and their use of communications, advertising, call recording and other features. SOLAREN does not acquire ownership of underlying client customer records merely by processing them.
5. SMS and Mobile Information
We do not sell or share your mobile information for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data and SMS consent information are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers acting on our behalf as described below.
If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in to SMS messages from SOLAREN, we may send messages consistent with your consent. A phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Service providers, such as our messaging and telephony providers, may process mobile information solely on SOLAREN’s behalf where necessary to deliver requested communications or operate the service, subject to appropriate restrictions. They may not use it for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies with your interactions, such as a demo request, appointment, account event or support interaction. If you separately opt in to promotional SMS, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month unless otherwise disclosed. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Promotional SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Consent and Messaging Terms.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, authentication, security, communications, telephony, payments, analytics, monitoring, advertising integrations, support, storage, backup and professional services. Providers may process information as necessary to provide services to SOLAREN or as otherwise permitted by applicable agreements and law, subject to the mobile-information restrictions in section 5, which take priority over this section.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, respond to legal process or facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of business assets.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
SOLAREN may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, attribution and advertising measurement. Where required, users may be provided controls for non-essential technologies.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet security requirements and comply with law. Retention varies by information type and processing purpose.
9. Data Security
SOLAREN uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction or misuse. No information system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about processing. Submit requests using the contact details in section 14. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. SOLAREN does not knowingly offer its business services to children under 13.
12. Third-Party Services
Connected third-party services may have separate privacy policies and terms governing their services.
